Unfortunately I don't believe the version of the program/drivers that you have is compatible with vista and no update is available at the current time.  My advice is to go into Control Panel, Programs, Uninstall a Program and ...

Type lang in the Start menu search box, click Regional and Language Options, then Keyboards and Languages. Click Change Keyboards and choose English (United Kingdom).
