Tell us what you think of our new online shop

Our new shop has been online for a couple of weeks now, and we’d like to know what you guys make of it.

Has it been easy to browse, and have you found anything that interests you? Also if you’ve purchased any of the books or online courses from the store, we would love to know your opinions of them.

Finally, are there any products you’d like to see us offering in the future?

If you haven’t already visited the shop, then now is the perfect time to do so, as we are currently holding an offer of 40 per cent off computer books, and 20 per cent off online courses. The offer is available until Monday 7 July 2008, so click here to visit the shop and then let us know what you think!

We also have 20 online courses (up to the value of £25 RRP) to give away. Click here for more information.

Found the online shop very easy to navigate, where looking for courses or books. Do think you may wish to consider adding Paypal as a method of payment.

    Overall a good site.

    Kind Regards

This shop is easy to navagate around and are you shure that some of the courses are free.

pay pal would be a great way to pay for the courses as not everyone feels that the internet is secure for credit card details....

Re: Tell us what you think of our new online shop

Navigation is fine, but I think the descriptions are not up to scratch.

They aren't exactly descriptive in so much as they do not go deep enough into what the courses or the books will actually teach you ie they are not telling you what you can hope to achieve.

I agree with the other two postings above and think that Paypal should be one of the choices for payment.

Why is there no link from the forum to the shop?

Re: Tell us what you think of our new online shop

Hi everyone, thank you for your replies. We're glad navigating the site is clear and simple, and we are looking at improving product descriptions.

Regarding PayPal, we will not be using it as a method of payment, as the service is not 100% reliable.

We do, however, have a "Skip Payment" option in our basket which allows users to place orders but not submit payment over the web, as we recognise that not everybody wishes to do this.

If this option is selected we have a team of customer service assistants on 0121 606 0472 who will happily take your credit card details over the phone or give you the details you require in order to send a cheque.

Thanks again for your responses so far, please keep them coming in.
